The hotel offers apartment-style rooms with a bar but lacks atmosphere. The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of maintenance. A deposit was required for the minibar. The service is trustworthy with a high level of attendant treatment but faced issues with booking confirmation. The location is safe, with free parking and good Wi-Fi, though not much direct excitement around. The dining could improve. The facilities meet basic expectations.
The hotel is very conveniently located near São Paulo's heart and a few minutes away from the main business avenue. The rooms need renovation and are efficiencies with basic amenities. The early morning noise from ground floor renovations was not ideal, disrupting our sleep.
